The Bylaw could have also been applied to SRB (Single Residential Zone B), but was reduced in scope to SRA (Single Residential Zone A). During the Planning Board bylaw meetings, properties abutting West & Common were repeatedly & specifically identified as example. In reality the bylaw was scoped down where only one property would feasibly fit the criteria. The property for the project was initially comprised of all individual residential lots.
