Our mission is not to stop development in Dedham, but to ensure that development in residential areas is done in a thoughtful & meaningful way that:
preserves Dedham's character into the future
developers build in concert with our culture and the environment
aligns with the Town's Master Plan
ensures that the economic model is fully transparent and thought through before opinions by public officials are shared
preserves the integrity of local neighborhoods & our schools
prevents spot zoning precedents that could impact other Dedham neighborhoods
does not create more traffic issues than Dedham already has
allows residents to have equal time to present and share well researched information that should be considered as a part of any public process
protects our natural resources
ensures that all residents are aware of the hidden costs they will absorb just to prepare for this project
ensures Dedham residents are not pulling more $$$ out of their pockets just to allow massive profits for a developer
